Note from the 1st language reviewer

In UK English the normal suffix added to nouns and adjectives which are turned into verbs is.  …ise ( or sometimes yse) and NOT as in American English ……ize.(yze)

Examples: real  becomes realise, character becomes characterise,                                                      analysis becomes analyse, global becomes globalise  etc.

( exceptions: prize becomes prize, size becomes size)

Sometimes popular publications in the UK use the American ( alternative)  form, but it is not usually done in academic publications!

Please take care , especially when using “ cut and paste” that you do not have a MIXTURE of two forms! Use the “UK English” language option on your word processing programme!
